Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need workers' compensation in Tennessee?

Tennessee requires most employers with five or more employees to carry workers' compensation. Construction businesses need it with one or more employees. Luis can confirm what applies to your business.

What is a business owner's policy (BOP)?

A BOP bundles general liability and commercial property into one policy, usually at a lower price than buying them separately. It fits most small offices, shops and service businesses.

How fast can I get a certificate of insurance?

Once coverage is in place, Luis can usually issue a certificate of insurance the same business day. Send a service request with who the certificate is for.

Does my personal auto policy cover my work truck?

Often not, if the vehicle is owned by the business or used mainly for work. A commercial auto policy closes that gap.
